Street Trade

Section 103.21-32 Wisconsin Statutes requires that the department promulgate administrative rules (Chapter DWD 271 Wisconsin Administrative Code) to establish the hours and time of day for minors engaging in street trades (delivery, distribution or selling items door-to-door) and take enforcement action if needed.
