Reporting Formats

Employers may choose to submit New Hire reports using:

• Internet
• Disk or Magnetic Tape
• Paper

Paper and telephone reports are due within 20 days after the employee's first day of work.

Internet and other electronic reports must be submitted at least twice per month, and are required only after an employee is hired.
